Our baseline
Para Cleared collects very little personal information, has no user accounts, and never sells data. The rights below still apply, and we make them easy to use. For full detail, see our Privacy Policy.
EU and UK residents (GDPR)
If you are in the European Union or United Kingdom, you have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you
- Correct information that is inaccurate
- Delete your information ("right to be forgotten")
- Receive your data in a portable, machine-readable format
- Object to or restrict certain processing
- Withdraw consent for our newsletter at any time
- Complain to your local supervisory authority
Our lawful bases are your consent (for the newsletter) and our legitimate interests (site security and aggregate analytics).
California residents (CCPA / CPRA)
If you are a California resident, you have the right to:
- Know what categories of personal information we collect and why
- Access the specific information we hold about you
- Delete your personal information, subject to legal exceptions
- Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information
- Not be discriminated against for exercising your rights
For the record, we do not sell or share your personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of. The only personal information we collect is what you voluntarily provide, such as a newsletter email.
How to exercise your rights
Email us at paracleared@gmail.com and tell us what you would like to do. We will verify the request as needed and respond within 30 days (45 days for CCPA requests). There is no charge for a reasonable request.
Questions
If anything here is unclear, or you want to know exactly what we hold for you, just email us at paracleared@gmail.com. We would rather over-explain than leave you guessing.
